1. Operating Entity & Licensing Preamble

This User Agreement is concluded between you ("User" or "Player") and Dubet N.V., company registration number 18692, with registered office at Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N (Zuikertuin Tower), Curaçao. 11W.COM operates under Master License of Gaming Services Provider, N.V. License No.: GLH-OCCHKTW0682862024 issued by the Government of Curaçao.

By downloading the 11W APK, registering an account on our homepage, or accessing any real-money game, you agree to be bound unconditionally by these terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age (or 21 where local legislation mandates higher age limits) to participate on 11W.
• One Account Per User: Each individual player is strictly permitted to hold only one active account. Creating duplicate or multi-accounts to exploit promotional bonuses is strictly prohibited and results in immediate forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Details: You agree to provide true, current, and complete information during registration and bank account linking.

3. Deposits, Bonuses & Wagering Turnover

All deposits made into your 11W gaming wallet must originate from legitimate payment methods (UPI, Paytm, IMPS, or Crypto) held in your personal legal name.

• Baseline Deposit Turnover: To prevent anti-money laundering wash-trading, all standard deposits must be rolled over at least 1x in valid betting volume before being eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonus Wagering: Promotional bonuses, including the First Deposit Bonus up to ₹888, are subject to specified turnover requirements (typically 15x to 20x) as published on the specific promotion page. Learn more in our banking handbook.
• Turnover Contribution: Slots and arcade games contribute 100% of wagers toward turnover, whereas minimal-risk hedging on card tables or low-multiplier cashouts below 1.20x may be excluded.

4. Withdrawal Protocols & Financial Settlements

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum cashout amount is ₹200. Maximum single-transaction and daily limits scale automatically according to your VIP level.
• Settlement Velocity: 11W aims to disburse approved withdrawals within 3 to 15 minutes. However, delays resulting from regional banking outages (NPCI maintenance) remain beyond our direct technical control.
• Zero Fee Policy: 11W does not impose transaction surcharges on standard domestic UPI or IMPS payouts.

5. 11W Agent & Affiliate Partner Terms

Members participating in the 11W Agent Program agree to adhere strictly to ethical advertising standards:

• Prohibition of Self-Referral: Agents may not register sub-accounts under their personal affiliate tracking link to capture commission on personal wagering.
• Truthful Marketing: Affiliates must not misrepresent games of chance as guaranteed investment returns or target vulnerable minors.

6. Prohibited Activities & Account Termination

11W reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts found engaging in fraudulent behavior, including but not limited to: table collusion in Teen Patti, automated script/bot usage, unauthorized exploitation of software glitches, payment chargebacks, or harassment of customer support staff.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes arising in connection with the validity, interpretation, or performance of this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curaçao.
